In effort to enhance the quality of its practise and ensure effective national development, the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) says the 47th Annual General Conference of the institute will discuss innovations in the building construction sector.
The National Publicity Secretary of the Institute, Bldr. Musa Yakubu, said the 47th Builders Conference and Annual General Meeting tagged “Yankari 2017” will be held in Zaranda International Hotel, Bauchi State between Monday 7th-11th Friday August, 2017 with theme “Contemporary innovations in construction practices,” adding that the conference aims to look into a broad range of challenges faced by the construction industry, ranging from the performance of the materials to environmental and safety issues, relate to materials and properties.
“The Nigerian Institute of Building urged government and practioners in the building construction industry to encourage contemporary Innovations in the construction practices.
Guests expected at the five-day event include the Governor of Bauchi State, Mohammed A. Abubakar, his deputy Bldr. Nuhu Gidado and Amb. Adamu Aliyu among others.
