Air Peace, Nigeria’s largest airline, has announced a new partnership with Opay, integrating Opay’s payment solutions into its Internet Booking Engine (IBE) platform to expand the range of payment methods available to customers.
The move provides travelers with various payment options, including Bank Card, Opay Wallet, Bank Transfer, and Bank USSD, ensuring flexibility and ease in booking flights.
Dr. Ejike Ndiulo, Head of Corporate Communications at Air Peace, shared the airline’s enthusiasm for the partnership, saying, “We are excited to partner with Opay to provide our customers with even greater flexibility and convenience. This integration aligns with our commitment to delivering seamless and secure travel experiences.”
He added that the initiative is part of Air Peace’s ongoing mission to make air travel as smooth as possible for its passengers.
By incorporating Opay’s payment solutions, Air Peace aims to make flight booking accessible to a broader audience and simplify the process.
The partnership with Opay follows the airline’s previous customer-centered initiatives, including the “Pay-Small-Small” option introduced in collaboration with Kalabash, which allows customers to pay for flights in installments.
In addition, Air Peace recently teamed up with AIICO Insurance to offer comprehensive travel insurance, underscoring the airline’s commitment to providing peace of mind and safety for its passengers.
