He said, ” I want to enjoin the Nigeria Army, Nigeria Police Force, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps and other security agencies to collaborate with the Amotekun Corps and intensify efforts by re-introducing the joint patrol of all security agencies to prevent such incidents in the future.
“I also appeal to Mr Governor (Aiyedatiwa) to, as a matter of urgency, set up the board for the security trust fund and enforce necessary deductions as stated in the law.”
He also commended the governor for his efforts in combating crimes and all forms of insecurity in the state, especially the recent distribution of 25 Hilux vehicles to all security agencies operating in the state.
