In a video statement released on Telegram, Abu Hamza addressed the Israeli public, emphasizing that a halt to hostilities and a comprehensive prisoner exchange are essential precursors to the captives’ release.
He underscored the futility of Israel’s prolonged military campaign against the Palestinian resistance, citing recent operational successes, including:
- The downing of 11 Israeli reconnaissance drones
- Rocket attacks on Beersheba, Sderot, and Ashkelon
