Convened by the Minerals and Miners Centre (MMC), the 2023 Minerals and Miners Conference which held in London on December 1, 2023, was a knowledge-sharing platform that brought together, some key institutions of the Nigerian mining sector, the National Assembly and industry players among others.
Director of the Centre, Dr. Comfort Asokoro-Ogaji encouraged the private sector to strengthen ties and embrace technology in order to facilitate the development of the sector. She pledged the readiness of the MMC to work with the Federal Government, global bodies, NGOs and well-meaning individuals toward ensuring sustainable growth and development of the sector.
